Policy of Return and Exchange of Goods

Dear customers, the online store "LARA" Textile Treasure Shop" guarantees the return and exchange of goods of proper quality purchased on our website www.textiletreasureshop.com in accordance with the Law "On Protection of Consumer Rights" (https://zakon.rada.gov.ua/laws/show/1023-12#Text), which gives you the right to return or exchange goods that did not fit and were not used, within 14 days from the date of purchase.

IMPORTANT! Goods listed and approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 19.03.94 № 172 (https://zakon.rada.gov.ua/laws/show/172-94-%D0%BF#Text) are not subject to exchange and return.

1. RETURN OF GOODS

1.1. The customer has the right to refuse the goods at any time before its transfer, and after the transfer of the goods - in the order and on the conditions determined by the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights".

1.2. The return of goods of proper quality is possible if their commercial appearance, consumer properties, as well as the document confirming the fact of purchase and conditions of the order of the specified goods are preserved.

1.3. The customer has no right to refuse the goods of proper quality that have individually defined properties if the specified goods can be used exclusively by the consumer who purchased them (including non-standard sizes and other things by the customer's desire). The confirmation that the goods have individually defined properties is the difference in the sizes of the goods and other characteristics indicated in the online store "Textile Treasure Shop "LARA".

1.4. The return of goods, in cases provided by law and this Agreement, is carried out at the address indicated on the website in the "Delivery" section.

1.5. In case of the Customer's refusal of goods of proper quality, the Seller returns the funds in the amount of the cost of such goods, excluding the expenses of the seller for delivering the returned goods.

1.6. The return of the amount specified in clause 1.5 is made within 7 working days after the store receives the returned goods to the buyer's bank card or bank details.

2. EXCHANGE AND RETURN OF GOODS OF PROPER QUALITY

You can exchange a product of proper quality for an equivalent item. The exchange of the product is carried out within 14 days, not counting the day of purchase, provided that the product has not been used, its commercial appearance and consumer properties are preserved, seals and factory labels are intact, and there is a sales receipt or cash receipt or other document confirming the payment for the product. The absence of a cash receipt or other document confirming payment does not deprive you of the possibility to exchange the product.

In case of refusal by the buyer of a product of proper quality, the cost of delivery of the product and sending it back is paid by the buyer.
